The stretch lace doesn't dig in anywhere, which is rare for an underwire. The mesh lining keeps it breathable enough that I forget I'm wearing it by lunchtime.

I wore this for a 10-hour workday and the power mesh lining kept it surprisingly comfortable, no digging under the arms. Only gripe is the underwire pokes a little when I slouch, but the lace looks great under a thin shirt.

The stretch lace on the outside is really pretty and doesn't itch at all, which surprised me since lace usually bugs my skin. The underwire gives decent support for a long day at work, though the band runs a little snug so I'd size up if you're between sizes.
